Our purchasing policy is putting the quality and the service level at the same level as the purchasing price! It is out of question for us to suggest to work with suppliers and service providers who do not have a proven track record. We do endeavour to imprve the processes and cost, if possible, with incumbents. If this is (partially) too complex to implement, we do either know or strive to identify suppliers or service providers who are recognized for their efficiency, who have a "can do" attitude and who can bring to our clients new ideas and innovative approaches to resolve their purchasing issues.
